We are aware that some of you have been wearing these as skirts. No. Just no. That's like a wedding cake with no fondant. Where is the rest of your outfit? The cake is naked. You get the point. This is a semi-secret bang under a dress or skirt that is full and needs something to keep it just so. A massive baby blue, pink and yellow crinoline with smooth white nylon hips. It's only two layers but man, those two layers really pack a wallop. 25" long, it is in excellent condition BUT the elastic in the waistband is shot. It needs to be replaced. sold |
