For a ton of us, it isn't about having a vintage DVF wrap dress, it is about which print we have. The green bamboo, the botanical in black -or- white, the orange lattice... And while the newer versions are still flattering, it is this cozy cotton/rayon of the vintage ones that exemplify pure comfort the way only another woman could deliver it. A brown and beige batik print with the wide self-belt and pointed turnback cuffs, this one has been altered in a few ways - it has hidden snaps to be less revealing in the bust (we can relate) and shortened a few inches. Alterations we don't necessarily mind although you know how we feel about rebuilding vintage. Bust measures 36", shoulder to shoulder 16", outer sleeve 22" and length 40".
