Do you remember the one-piece terry jammies you wore as a little kid? They has skidproof feet and a little tushy flap so you could go potty without having to undress. Mischievous you went around flashing your first moon because of those Doctor Denton's but they remain as innocent in memory as a flake of snow. Here, Stephen Burrows gives his own version of a childhood fave, slinked out in red matte jersey with a skinny attached belt that winds around the waist three times. Sort of a cross between Dr. Seuss and Claire McCardell, a union suit for grown-up girls is a fabulous thing indeed. Wide legs with seamed details down the front, there are decorative curved seams through the bodice and it fastens along the placket with cherry red buttons. Perfect with strappy mules and a tiny Whiting and Davis mesh bag that hangs from a verrrrrry long shoulder strap, this has no equal. Bust measures 36" and inseam 34.5". Ideally sized for a tall modern 8, at least 5'7" unless you're willing to lose some leggy leg, which we don't recommend. Excellent condition. $570.00 |
