We're not being cheeky when we use the term bloomers instead of panties. Bloomers have that extra little pooch and ruffle around each leg opening. They are meant to fit on the looser side. Baby blue gingham with tiny sprays of blue flowers, they have a high waist and a little lace at the bottom. Deadstck with original paper tab, they will fit up to a 25" waist and labelled size 12.
