1970s Beged Or Black Suede Belted Coat

spotlight Some of your most favorite things are quite classic and while you hate to admit that your mother might be right, there is something to be said about buying timeless pieces. Forget the fact that you can justify a really ridiculous price tag by telling yourself you'll wear it forever ('cause you will), once you get to be a certain age it looks stupid to wear extremely trendy things; things you see in every magazine. Of course, black never applies to the trendy rule - it's always great. A black suede coat from Beged-Or Israel with a matching suede sash belt. A substantial piece, most would think this was a dress but it isn't although, what the hell, you can wear it however you like. Buttons along the placket with small black buttons and lined in black acetate, it is fitted through the waist and has a swing skirt with inseam pockets at both sides. Beautiful with a vivid fringed scarf at the neck and deep purple Valentino boots, you won't tire of this because it's classic and versatile. Truth be told, you probably could wear this as a coat and nobody would ever know. Bust measures 38", shoulder to shoulder 17", outer sleeve 24", waist 29" and length 48.5". Excellent condition. $545.00
